By accessing or using One Dollar Feedback, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

One Dollar Feedback provides a simple feedback collection service. For $1 per month per project, you get access to an embeddable widget that collects user feedback, along with a dashboard to view and manage that feedback.

Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Payment Terms

Acceptable Use

You agree to use One Dollar Feedback only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to collect personally identifiable information without proper consent
• Embed the widget on websites containing illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use automated systems to abuse the service or submit fake feedback
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Widget Embedding

We grant you a non-exclusive license to embed our feedback widget on your websites for the duration of your subscription. The widget must be used as provided and may not be modified, reverse-engineered, or used to misrepresent the source of feedback.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all feedback data collected through your widgets. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the service to you.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will end and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

One Dollar Feedback is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Dollar Feedback from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
